Refund Request Period
You have 24 hours from the time of your purchase to request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Product Claim Status
Refunds are available only for customers who have not claimed the product through our automated delivery system. Once a product is claimed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Processing Timeframe
Refund requests are processed within 3–7 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Initial Purchase Only
This policy applies only to your initial purchase. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Abuse of Policy

No Disputes
By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you are the cardholder (or have permission from the cardholder) to make the purchase, and you waive the right to dispute the transaction.
24-Hour Delivery Guarantee
If you do not receive your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request a refund within the next 3 days.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must have attempted to use our automated delivery system at least twice. A link to this system is provided via email after purchase.
